So here is just a little more info about me.
I'm 28 years old. My sign is Taurus. I've been married for 3 years. I got married exactly when I thought I would when I was 18. Strange, but true. People think I'm strange because I don't really listen to the radio except NPR, so I have no idea what new music is out there. Even though I listen to NPR, I don't read the newspaper, nor do I watch the news so I often times have no idea whats going on in the world except random commentary about the current Presidential Primaries.
My favorite movies are: dunno... they change depending on how I"m feeling. I went to a movie marathon for the Oscar nominated best pictures. I really wasn't impressed with any of them except Juno, which I had already seen. Other movies i love and can watch over and over again are Amelie, Pride and Prejudice, Rocky, Love Jones, Love and Basketball, Pretty Woman, and Dirty Dancing. I'm sure there are more, just can't think of them right now.
Favorite book: same as movies, however my current favorite book is The Historian. Fabulous book. I highly suggest it. It's creepy, but really really good. I love children's books. I love it when a story has a hidden message, and I absolutely love the illustration in children's books. In my next life, I would love to be an illustrator. Not writer. Only illustrations. I honestly don't think that I have it in me to write anything. I end up rambling like i am now.
Favorite color: recently it's been pink, and this random shade of bluish-green which happens to be the same color that i had my random room painted. (random room is stuck in between living room and bedroom has 3 walls, and missing the 4th. currently houses my wonderful iMac computer, sewing machine, cricut, yarn, fabric, and other crafty stuff. hopefully one day it will be a mini baby room. hopefully soon. Pic of my bluish-greenish color is below.
Favorite food: cupcakes and ice cream (sweet stuff)
More: My husband and I recently relocated from Maryland to (somewhere) outside of Boston. All I have to say is that it's cold, and I'm soooo ready for Spring and/or Summer to come back. I really cannot wait. I work in Student Affairs at a small college, and my husband is a computer guy. In my spare time, I read the random blogs, search the internet (I swear I've reached the end), sew, knit, make cards, and hang out with friends. This is all for now.
